Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:1735

Abu Usama narrated to us, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Yazid ibn Jabir, who said: I heard al-Qasim ibn Mukhaymira mentioning that a people brought Salman forward to lead them in prayer, but he refused. So they pushed him forward. When he had prayed with them, he said: "Are you all pleased [with me]?" They said: "Yes." He said: "Praise be to Allah, for I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: 'Three whose prayer is not accepted: a woman who leaves her house without her husband's permission, a runaway slave, and a man who leads a people in prayer while they dislike him.'"
