Waki’ narrated to us, from ‘Ali ibn al-Mubarak, from Yahya ibn Abi Kathir, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Hasten to the Adhan, and do not hasten to the Imamate."
