Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from ‘Abd al-Malik ibn Abi Bashir, from ‘Ikrimah, from Ibn ‘Abbas, who said: Reciting "In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful" aloud is the recitation of the Bedouins.
