Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:186

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Bakr ibn Ayyash narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from Asim ibn Damrah, who said: Ali said: "When one of you bows, let him say: 'O Allah, for You I have bowed, and to You I have humbled myself, and in You I have believed, and upon You I have relied. Glory be to my Lord, the Magnificent,' three times. And when he prostrates, let him say: 'Glory be to my Lord, the Most High,' three times. But if a matter hastens him, and he says 'Glory be to my Lord, the Magnificent' and leaves that [the rest], it suffices him."
