Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:1864

Abu Khalid al-Ahmar narrated to us, from Dawud, from Abu al-Aliyah, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) prostrated in [Surah] al-Najm, and the Muslims [prostrated] with him.
