Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:1966

Abu Khalid al-Ahmar narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Suqah, from Ibn Umar, that he heard a storyteller reciting [a verse of] prostration before the prayer had become due. So the storyteller prostrated, and those who were with him [prostrated]. Ibn Umar took my hand. When it became morning, Nafi’ said to me, "Prostrate with us for the prostration that the people prostrated at a time other than its [proper] time."
