Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:1995

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, he said: Khalid informed us, from Abu al-Aliyah, from Aisha: That the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to say during the prostration of the Quran: "My face has prostrated to the One who created it, fashioned it, and brought forth its hearing and its sight by His might and His power."
