Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:1997

Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Khalid, from a man, from Abu al-‘Aliyah, from ‘Aishah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) used to say during the prostration of the Qur’an at night, in the prostration, repeatedly: "My face has prostrated to the One who created it and fashioned its hearing and its sight by His might and His power."
