Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:2003

Muhammad ibn Abi ‘Adi narrated to us, from Ash’ath, from al-Hasan, regarding a man who recited the prostration (verse) while he was in an obligatory prayer and prostrated twice: He said: He prostrates twice when he finishes.
