Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:2013

Jarir narrated to us, from Mughira, from Ibrahim, who said: It used to be said: "Do not recite the prostration (verse) in any of the obligatory prayers except in the dawn prayer." And Ibrahim used to consider it recommended on Friday to recite a surah that contains a prostration.
