Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:2029

Abu al-Ahwas narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from al-Harith, from Ali, who said: If you are in doubt and do not know whether you have completed [the prayer] or have not completed it, then complete what you are in doubt about, for Allah does not punish for the addition.
