Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:2033

'Abdah narrated to us, from Yahya bin Sa'id, from Salim, who said: "If he is in doubt and does not know whether he prayed three or four, let him cast away the doubt and perform two prostrations." I mentioned that to al-Qasim, and he said: "And I say the same."
