Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:2064

Ibn ‘Uyaynah narrated to us, from Mansur, from Ibrahim, from ‘Alqamah, that ‘Abdullah performed the two prostrations of forgetfulness after the salutation. And he mentioned that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, did it.
