Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:2067

Ibn Mahdi narrated to us, from Hammad ibn Salamah, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan and Anas, that they performed the two prostrations of forgetfulness after the salutation, then they stood up and did not perform the salutation.
