Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:2087

Ibn Mahdi narrated to us, from Hammad ibn Salamah, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan and Anas, that they both performed their prostrations [of recitation], then stood up and did not perform the taslim.
