Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:21

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from al-Ala’ ibn al-Musayyab, from ‘Amr ibn Murrah, from Talhah ibn Yazid al-Ansari, from Hudhayfah, who said: The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, stood one night of Ramadan in a chamber made of palm branches, then he poured a bucket of water over himself. Then he said: "Allah is the Greatest, the Possessor of the Kingdom, the Power, the Pride, and the Greatness."
