Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:2131

Waki’ narrated to us, from al-Rabi’, from al-Hasan, who said: If he performs the taslim during the two rak'ahs, he shall complete [the prayer] and perform the two prostrations of forgetfulness.
