Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:2171

Waki’ narrated to us, from Abdullah bin Sa’id, from a man among the companions of Ikrimah, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) used to glance in prayer without turning his neck.
