Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:2223

Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Muslim, from Masruq, from 'Aisha, that she disliked shortening [the posture] in prayer and said: "Do not resemble the Jews."
