Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:2273

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Abu Hazim, from Sahl ibn Sa’d al-Sa’idi, who said: I have seen the men tying their lower garments around their necks like children, due to the tightness of the lower garments, behind the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace). Then a speaker said: "O assembly of women, do not raise your heads until the men raise theirs."
