Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:2352

Kuthayyir ibn Hisham narrated to us, from Ja'far ibn Burqan, from Hammad ibn Farwah, who said: I discharged fluid (urinated) and forgot to perform ablution, so I prayed Dhuhr, Asr, and Maghrib. Then I remembered that I had prayed them without purification. When morning came, I asked Ata and Mujahid—and Ja'far said: I think he also said Sa'id ibn Jubayr—and all of them said to him: Perform ablution and repeat your prayers now, beginning with the first and then the next.
