Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:2366

Hushaym narrated to us, he said: Mughira informed us, from Ibrahim, who said: "Whoever sleeps through a prayer or forgets it," he said: "He should pray when he remembers it, [even] at the rising of the sun or at its setting." Then he recited: "And establish the prayer for My remembrance." He said: "If you remember it at any hour whatsoever, [pray it]."
