Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:2369

Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from al-Sha'bi and Ibrahim, who said: "Establish the prayer for My remembrance" (20:14), meaning: pray it when you remember it, having forgotten it.
