Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:2373

Waki’ narrated to us, from Ja’far, from al-Zuhri, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) slept through the dawn prayer until the sun rose. He said to his companions, "Move away from the place where heedlessness befell you." Then he prayed, and then he said, "Establish the prayer for My remembrance."
