Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:2404

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Mis’ar, from Sa’d ibn Ibrahim, from Humayd ibn ‘Abd al-Rahman, he said: ‘Umar said: "Whoever misses any of his recitation (his Quran) at night, then prays it between that and the noon (Dhuhr) prayer, it is as if he had prayed it at night."
