Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:2412

Hafs narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Qays, from Salim ibn Atiyyah, that a man prompted Shurayh—the Imam—while he was in prayer. When he finished, he said to him: "Repeat your prayer."
