Hadith 3:2511

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from Yazid ibn Abi Ziyad, from Tamim ibn Salamah, from Masruq, who said: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, was on a journey and he camped for the night (*ta‘arras*) with his companions. Nothing awakened them from their sleep except the sun. He stood up and ordered the mu'adhdhin, and he performed the iqamah, then he prayed. Masruq said: I would not love that we had the world and everything in it in exchange for the prayer of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, after the rising of the sun.
