Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:2559

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from Harun ibn Antara, from Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Aswad, who said: Alqama and al-Aswad sought permission to enter upon Abdullah, and he gave them permission. He said: "There will be rulers who will occupy themselves away from the time of prayer, so pray it at its time." Then he stood between me and him and said: "This is how I saw the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, do."
