Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:2617

Muhammad ibn Bishr narrated to us, he said: Zakariya ibn Abi Za'idah narrated to us, from Mus'ab ibn Shaybah, from Talq, from Ibn al-Zubayr, from Aisha, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), who said: "Ghusl (ritual bathing) is required for four things: from sexual impurity (janabah), from cupping (hijama), from washing the deceased, and from the Friday prayer."
