Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Sa'd ibn 'Ubaydah, from Abu 'Abd al-Rahman al-Sulami, from 'Ali, who said: "There is no Tashriq and no Jumu'ah except in a congregational city (misr jami')."
