Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:273

Aswad ibn Amir narrated to us, from Sharik, from Abu Ishaq, who said: Al-Bara’ described to us [the prostration]. He leaned upon his palms and raised his posterior, and said: "This is how the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, used to prostrate."
