Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:278

Waki' narrated to us, from Sa'id, from Qatadah, from Anas, who said: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Maintain moderation in your prostration, and let not one of you spread out his forearms [like a dog]."
