Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:2801

Hatim ibn Isma'il narrated to us, from Ja'far, from his father, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) used to deliver the sermon standing, then he would sit, then he would stand and deliver two sermons.
