Abu Usama narrated to us, from al-A’mash, from al-Musayyab ibn Rafi’, from ‘Amir ibn ‘Abdah, who said: ‘Abdullah said: "The bones of the son of Adam have been prepared for prostration, so prostrate until [you reach] the elbows."
