Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:2812

Narrated to us al-Muharibi, from Hajjaj, from al-Hakam, from Miqsam, from Ibn Abbas, from the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), that he used to deliver the sermon on Friday standing, then he would sit, then he would stand and deliver the sermon.
