Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:287

Waki’ narrated to us, from ‘Abd al-Malik ibn Maysarah, from Abu al-Ahwas, who said: ‘Abdullah said: "When you prostrate, then prostrate even with the elbows," meaning: he should seek assistance with his elbows.
