Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:3073

Waki' narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Sa'id ibn Ibrahim, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Hurmuz, from Abu Hurayrah, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to recite in the Fajr prayer on Friday: "Alif-Lam-Mim. The revelation..." (Surah As-Sajdah) And: "Has there not been over Man a period of time..." (Surah Al-Insan).
