Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:3120

Ibn Idris narrated to us, from Husayn, from Umarah ibn Ruwaybah, who said: Bishr ibn Marwan saw [someone] raising his hands upon the pulpit, so he said: "May Allah make these two hands ugly. I have seen the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and he would not do more than to say with his hand like this," and he gestured with his index finger.
