Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:3155

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abbad bin al-Awwam narrated to us, from Hisham, from al-Hasan, he said: Jumu'ah is obligatory upon the blind person if he finds a guide, and upon the slave if he is paying the tax (dharibah). He said: And it used to be permitted for the one who is in fear to miss Jumu'ah.
