Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:3164

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, he said: Yazid ibn Abi Ziyad informed us, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Layla, from al-Bara’ ibn Azib, he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Indeed, it is a right upon the Muslims that one of them should perform ghusl (full ablution) on the day of Jumu'ah, and that he should apply perfume if he has any. If he does not have perfume, then water is perfume for him."
