Zayd ibn al-Hubab narrated to us, he said: Abu 'Awanah narrated to us, from 'Abd al-Hamid ibn Riyāh al-Shāmī, from a man from the people of Syria, from Zayd ibn Thābit, that he used to say the takbir from the Dhuhr prayer on the Day of Sacrifice (Yawm al-Nahr) until the last of the days of Tashrīq; he would say the takbir in the 'Asr prayer.
