Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:328

Ya'qub ibn Ibrahim narrated to us, from Abu Layla, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar, that he used to place his knees [on the ground] when he prostrated before his hands, and he would raise his hands when he rose before his knees.
