Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:3345

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Khalid ibn Makhlad narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Hilal narrated to us, he said: I heard Salim ibn Abdullah and Ubaydullah ibn Abdullah commanding Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Dahhak on the day of Fitr—and he was [the governor] over Medina—to say the takbir in the first rak'ah seven times, then to recite "Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High." And in the last [rak'ah], five times, then to recite "Read in the name of your Lord who created."
