Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:34

Hushaym narrated to us, from Yazid ibn Abi Ziyad, from Ibn Abi Layla, from al-Bara’ ibn ‘Azib: He said: I saw the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, raise his hands until they almost reached his ears.
