Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:3408

Hafs narrated to us, from al-Hasan ibn Ubayd Allah, from Talha al-Yami, who said: Abu Bakr said: "It is a duty upon the woman who possesses a waist-wrapper (i.e., every woman) to go out to the two Eids."
