Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:362

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Usamah narrated to us, from Hisham, from al-Hasan, he said: The companions of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, used to prostrate while their hands were inside their garments. And a man among them would prostrate upon his turban.
