Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, he said: Humayd al-Tawil informed us, from Anas ibn Malik, that the Banu Salama wanted to move from their dwellings near the mosque. The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) disliked that the city should become vacant, so he said: "O Banu Salama, will you not seek reward for your footsteps?" They said: "Yes." So they remained.
