Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:364

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Aziz ibn Muharib narrated to us, from Usama ibn Zayd, he said: I saw Salim, when he prostrated, he would take his hands out of his burnous (hooded cloak) until he placed them on the ground.
