Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:3661

Waki' narrated to us, from 'Isa, from al-Sha'bi, who said: 'Abdullah said: "If one of you passes by a mention of the Fire while in prayer, let him seek refuge in Allah from the Fire. And if he passes by a mention of Paradise, let him ask Allah for Paradise."
