Hatim ibn Isma'il narrated to us, from Ja'far, from his father, who said: We entered upon Jabir ibn 'Abd Allah while he was blind. The time for prayer arrived, so he stood up in a woven garment, wrapping himself in it. Every time he placed it upon his shoulders, its two ends would slip back toward him due to its small size, while his cloak was beside him on the peg, yet he prayed with us.
